Georges Mohammed-Chérif is the founder of the Buzzman agency. In Marseille, in the picturesque Malmousque district, he came up with the idea of a fish market-restaurant on the Kennedy Corniche, to bring new blood and a briny atmosphere, in the image of the city. The counter, dressed in blue-and-white tiles, sets the tone: fish and seafood straight from the Criée, supplied by the fishermen of Vallon des Auffes. A loft with a 1970s spirit, Gaë Aulenti Quadrifoglio lamps, a shell-colored floor, marble, a hidden patio. Behind the fish market, the Onassis restaurant is tucked away too, a nod to Jackie Kennedy, who married the Greek billionaire.
