The women who follow Amandine Fornot keep a serum in the bathroom and bone broth in the fridge.

Claire Nouy and Gabrielle Rotger-Marcombes launched the house in 2014 with cold-pressed vegetable juices. A few years later came the supplements, then the bone broth, which became one of the brand's star elixirs. A collagen-rich broth that Atelier Nubio entrusts to Benoît, officially dubbed their “bone broth master”.

Watching for the delivery, nose pressed against the window. In Paris, it’s a national sport—especially when today's bone broth is on the way.

Passionate about green juices but unable to find anything in Paris like what she’d discovered in the US, Claire Nouy imagined Atelier Nubio with Gabrielle Rotger-Marcombes, an agricultural engineer she met at HelloFresh. The early days, back in 2013–2014, were beautifully raw: they pressed juices in their own living room, then worked early mornings in a borrowed kitchen space before the owner took it back to prep breakfasts. Even before their e-shop went live, Alain Ducasse reached out.

The story could have ended there, sealed in a bottle of green juice. But Claire saw further from the very start. Beauty is also nurtured from within. She recalls dreaming up the name and concept of Atelier Nubio on a summer night by the Italian Lakes, right before returning to pitch the project to Gabrielle.

In 2019, dietary supplements arrived, followed by the bone broth—now championed by the brand as one of its star beauty elixirs. Its preparation is long, slow, and far from photogenic, a fact Atelier Nubio happily teases: Benoît is their "bone broth master."

A decade after the first juices were pressed in a Parisian living room, the beauty ritual now begins with a warm broth.
