From Pristine to Vivide: the hyperlocal team opens a plant-based gastronomic table in Montmartre.

Vivide, an entirely plant-based gastronomic restaurant on Rue Dancourt (18e). A single, seven-course menu, served at dinner and renewed daily according to the arrivals from Ile-de-France producers. The second dining room from the Pristine team, in an intimate, candlelit space.

Vivide is a gastronomic restaurant entirely dedicated to plant-based dining, nestled on Rue Dancourt in the 18th arrondissement. The concept: a single, seven-course tasting menu available only for dinner (€85) that changes daily with the arrivals from Île-de-France producers—a cuisine the house describes as "intuitive and alive."

This is the second venture from the team behind Pristine, the contemporary, hyperlocal bistro already championing short-circuit sourcing and vegetables in Paris. Here, you find the same bold, sustainable, and refined philosophy, elevated to a gastronomic experience in an intimate, candlelit dining room. Curated beverage pairings, with or without alcohol, complete the menu.

Open Tuesday through Saturday evening.
