Sant Roch reimagines an ancient ritual—the communal bath—for a generation seeking longevity and slow living. Nestled in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, on rue Saint-Roch, this "modern sanctuary" turns contrast therapy, the alternating dance of hot and cold, into a ritual of reconnection with self and community.

Its crowning glory: France’s largest sauna, heated to a deep 80–90°C, paired with cold plunge pools kept between a crisp 5°C and 10°C. Guests arrive in swimwear, by reservation, for a self-guided session (up to 75 minutes) or a journey led by the team. Phones are left in lockers to protect the art of being fully present. Mixed-gender spaces, open daily.
