Ina Niiniketo grew up in Germany, in the garden of her childhood. There, she mixed rose petals and flowers into water, curious about what might emerge. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a perfumer, in a country that had none at the time. She took another path. 17 years in restaurant work, culinary studies in Helsinki at 16, posts in the best restaurants in Finland, Sweden, and Germany, two cookbooks, two podcasts, and in 2021 the opening of her first restaurant. Gastronomy and perfumery share the same logic. Creativity. Pleasure. And only five basic notes, from which all other aromas are derived. In 2024, she launches Aplomb: a library of perfumes, where each fragrance is a letter addressed to the real muse who inspired it.
