Working 9 to 5, dressing 5 to 9. The chemise shifts into Afterhours mode.
9:03 a.m. First coffee, second email marked "urgent," and a video call that probably could have been a message. Glad IT’S A SHIRT has got me covered.
In Athens, IT’S A SHIRT took the most serious piece in the office wardrobe and taught it how to live a little after 5 PM. The brand grew out of a family tailoring story that began in Greece in the 1980s, kept alive today in a small family workshop just minutes from the center of Athens.
The concept is as simple as its name: it’s a shirt. Generously cut, unisex shirts, produced in small batches using fabrics sourced in Greece and Europe. Bold stripes, immaculate collars, slightly exaggerated proportions: just enough polish for a meeting, plenty of attitude to ensure you don't go straight home after.
The brand even carries the joke into the names of its styles and collections: Video Call, Reunion, Afterhours, Out of Office…
