Born in Moscow, based in Barcelona, she came to fashion before turning toward design through the oldest door there is: ceramics. Earth, the slow gesture, traditional techniques. A school of humility, from which she drew an entire grammar.
Her eponymous brand was built on this conviction: that a candelabrum, a table, a vase can belong to daily life and to the museum at once. The palette of materials speaks to the rigor of the approach: ceramics, glass, iron, stainless steel, wood. No plastic, no frills, no veneer. Each piece is born of a dialogue with a local artisan; Valeria sketches, prototypes, adjusts, executes. The hands-on approach is not a communications argument; it is the method.
