Mika Matikainen and Alexis Perron-Corriveau met in 2021 during their MAS Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship program at ECAL in Switzerland, while hiking in the Alps, over a Campari. Founded in 2022 between Geneva, Lisbon, and Helsinki, Paloceras refuses to bend to trends and predictable standards. The forms emerge first in a digital environment through computational simulations and generative design, before being handed to the artisans. Some colors appear only once, before vanishing forever. One of my next collector's pieces!
