Once upon a time, there was a Korean pear in Scandinavia… Founded in 2026 by Cecilie Svanberg, the house explores its creator's dual heritage, bridging Scandinavian design and Korean roots. At the heart of this story lies a pear. The very one hidden in her Korean first name, which translates to "daughter of the fragrant pear tree".
Cecilie draws it by hand before breathing new life into it as sculptural jewelry and tableware. A spoon, a brooch, and then a whole line christened The Pear Collection.
We fell in love with the Giwon Pear brooch, an asymmetrical and sculptural pear! Hand-carved in Copenhagen from recycled sterling silver, it elegantly adorns the lapel of a blazer, a knit, or a coat.
