Brooklyn, connection to Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

There was already a Cherry in Saint-Tropez... Now, since 2025, Brooklyn has made its connection on rue du Sabot. For its first Parisian address, Indie Group entrusted the decor to Sarita Posada, the Colombian, New York-based architect behind the Aimé Leon Dore boutiques. Dark wood, velvet, red Italian marble, and low lighting: jazz opens the evening before slowly giving way to hip-hop. In the kitchen, Oscar Aviles Santana takes the Rive Gauche on a journey with vodka pasta, meatballs, Caesar NYC, and cacio e pepe. A Dirty Martini at the bar, naturally.

Before Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Cherry had already found its home in Saint-Tropez. In 2025, Indie Group brings its signature style to Paris, choosing 1 rue du Sabot to host its Italian-New York fantasy: a touch of Little Italy on the plate, Brooklyn at the bar, and just enough Rive Gauche to never forget where you booked. The design is signed by Sarita Posada—the Colombian, New York-based architect behind the Aimé Leon Dore boutiques—supported here by Lana Sawiris. Woodwork, brass details, velvet, red Italian marble, white tablecloths, and Art Deco lamps set the stage for an intimate room of just 70 seats.

The dialogue continues on the plate with Oscar Aviles Santana, alumnus of Zuma Dubai, who brings together vodka pasta, homemade meatballs, an NYC-style Caesar Salad, and cacio e pepe served straight from the wheel. At the bar, the Dirty Martini, Negroni, and Old Fashioned do their job. And because Cherry is designed for long, lingering evenings rather than hurried dinners, the soundtrack starts with jazz and slips into hip-hop as the night deepens.
