Each month, a new chef takes over the kitchen to craft an original menu, shaped by their own history and far-reaching influences. In other words, you never return to the exact same place; the menu evolves with the hands that shape it.

The setting remains untouched: an intimate, candlelit table where fine dining meets art and design, paired with a curated selection of exceptional wines and cocktails. At 41 rue de Trévise, in the 9th arrondissement.
