Alaena, a blend of the names Alaia, Hélène, and Anne, is a family adventure born in the Basque Country in the early 2000s. A pioneer in organic cosmetics, Dr. Sylvie Peres, a dermatologist, developed a range of Ecocert Cosmos-certified products, free of unnecessary ingredients, with patented active compounds based on sprouted seeds. Her daughters joined the journey: Alaia (HEC Paris) co-founded the spa, and Hélène, a pharmacist in Tahiti, brought scientific expertise. Today, located at 28 rue Meslay in the vast vaulted cellars of the 3rd arrondissement, the spa offers 7 treatment rooms, a hammam, a yoga studio, and a herbal-tea lounge. Holistic massages, Tui Na-inspired facials, yoga, micronutrition, and always Alaena Cosmétique products, sold on the ground floor.
