Le Pompon has found a stage worthy of its ambition: the Palais Brongniart, Paris’s historic stock exchange on the Place de la Bourse. Within this monumental landmark of the 2nd arrondissement, the restaurant sets the scene for an elegant celebration, keeping the night alive until 2:00 AM.
The evening begins with a generous dinner designed for lively tables: Croque Pompon, crispy corn, beef tenderloin with pepper, spicy lobster linguini, and spectacular desserts to share, from a giant pavlova to Midnight Churros. At the bar, beloved cocktails from our younger years—the Cosmopolitan, Daiquiri, and Appletini—are reimagined with Parisian flair.
