Mutina has existed since the 1970s as a tile maker. In 2005, Massimo Orsini took over the brand and decided to reinvent everything, not tiles anymore, but ceramic design objects. The ambition: to invite the world’s greatest designers to explore ceramics, for the first time, as a material.
