Aude Herouard crafts eyewear into an everyday companion, "faithful and confidential." The eponymous designer shapes optical frames and sunglasses with timeless yet distinct silhouettes—oval, pilot, cat-eye—designed to be comfortable, desirable, and lasting.
Craftsmanship is the heartbeat of her vision: each pair is handmade in France in small batches by artisans, using Italian bio-acetate. Colors draw inspiration from nature (the mineral grey-green of "Pigeon", the diluted green of "Sauge"), and each style bears a woman's name: Françoise, Gisèle, Marianne. Expect €390 a pair, with a handmade Spanish leather case included.
