Le Trente is housed in an old Pigalle loft, at Hôtel Massé. A world that blends family history and artistic creation, with a large glass-roofed room upstairs, available for private hire, which served as a studio for resident artists during the renovation works. In the kitchen, Corto and Cyril, childhood friends, team up with Félix to create a menu around one simple question: what do we want to eat in a bar? Small plates to share, ingredients that change with the seasons. The Brioche Trente remains the house signature. Gabrielle, a young sommelier from the neighborhood, who came knocking during the works, curates a minimalist selection of natural wines. Louis, a passionate neighbor, handles the music curation: ambient, house, jazz, downtempo, electro, on vinyl.
