Beauty is in the meadow with Apoticari.
Verbena, nettle, chamomile, cornflower, sage, and green clay: Apoticari brings the Auvergne herbarium back into the bathroom, blending apothecary expertise with contemporary botanical care.
Apoticari is a botanical skincare house crafted in Auvergne, its history rooted in the ancient apothecary of the Hôtel-Dieu du Puy-en-Velay, which once welcomed pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. Today, the brand translates this heritage into skincare centered on the plants of its native soil: verbena, nettle, chamomile, cornflower, sage, peppermint, and green clay from the Velay region. Some are distilled at low temperatures in century-old copper alembics to create hydrosols; others become macerates, powders, or infusions. Each treatment is made in small batches within intimate, human-scale laboratories in Auvergne. Rather than building formulas around a succession of trendy active ingredients, Apoticari begins with the plant itself: observing its properties, choosing its extraction method, and weaving the care around it.
