Hotel Post Bezau opened its doors in 1850 in an idyllic valley of the Bregenzerwald, founded by the great-great-grandfather of Susanne Kaufmann, the pioneer of natural cosmetics who took the helm in the fifth generation. It was within these walls that she imagined her first clean cosmetics, inspired by alpine nature and the plants of the Bregenzerwald, originally intended exclusively for the hotel’s guests. Architecture by her brother Oskar Leo Kaufmann. Wood, Bregenz linen, leather, pure lines. A three-level spa, indoor pool, outdoor salt bath, detox retreats, yoga, traditional Chinese medicine.
