Michelle Pfeiffer no longer wore perfume after 2004, after she discovered the Environmental Working Group's Skin Deep database and became aware of what the market's fragrances really contained. She then decided to create what did not exist: a line of luxurious fine fragrances, with no harmful ingredients, and total transparency about every component. Ten years of work, ten years of closed doors. In 2019, she launched Henry Rose, named after the middle names of her two children, John Henry and Claudia Rose, in partnership with IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances). The world's first fine fragrance collection with 100% transparency on ingredients. No parabens, no phthalates, no formaldehyde, no known endocrine disruptors. Genderless.
