It all began with a Google Doc: Dianna Cohen’s hair routine, shared with a few friends, then passed around the internet. Then came a head spa in Shibuya in 2019: the opposite of a blowout, a scalp treatment as delicate as a facial, in complete silence. Crown Affair was born from that, a love letter to those who want to change their relationship with their hair, appreciate its natural beauty, and above all, care. Clean ingredients, effective formulas, handmade tools, and a small three-minute hourglass included in every set, a reminder to slow down.
