Alfred has opened at 8 rue du Mont Thabor, a few meters from rue Saint-Honoré. The décor was entrusted to the Necchi Architecture studio: soft banquettes, Art Deco lines, muted light. A restrained setting, built to last.
In the kitchen, chef Jonathan Morales serves the great classics of French cuisine. The house calls it comfort food, and the phrase fits. At the bar, the cocktail list is crafted with as much care as the dishes.
